Spent my New Year here and had an amazing time! the rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable , surrounded by the beauty of nature. They provided an incredible buffet breakfast with a lot of variety and a well, maintained pool for an enjoyable swim. the hotel offers organized pick, up and drop, off for the safaris, making it convenient for us without any hassle.

The room lacked sound insulation, so we could hear noises from other rooms. the cleanliness could have been improved in the hotel's common areas.

The property had a beautiful layout and was set in a peaceful location, away from the city. The rooms were spacious and clean with all facilities available. The staff was accommodating and polite, with a well-trained service. The food served was good and they offered a nice selection to choose from.

The room service could have been faster and more efficient. The breakfast menu could offer better bakery items.
